 Shipping
We ship hair flowers via USPS Priority Mail. Your order will be sent out within 1 to 4 business days and shipping time is approximately 2 to 3 days. Larger orders may take longer because all of our products are handcrafted. Please contact us if you would like to receive your order more quickly and we can arrange for Express Mail shipping.
International shipping will be coming soon.
Returns and Exchanges
We would like to do whatever we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please call or e-mail us. If you would like a refund, your money will be refunded in the manner paid, not including shipping costs. Our only request is that you exchange or return your merchandise within 30 days. Thank you very much for your consideration.
Gift Certificates
We are happy to offer gift certificates if you just can’t decide what to buy.
The gift certificate is written in a whimsical calligraphy and enclosed in a merry little gift card.
Please let us know who the gift certificate is for, the amount that you would like to give, the current mailing address and a gift message if you would like to include one.
Petal Points
We would be so happy to welcome you as a loyal customer that we are pleased to offer you a complimentary flower of your choice. You will receive a petal point for each flower, flower basket, or seasonal hatbox that you purchase. After the purchase of your tenth item, please let us know which flower you would like and we will ship it to you. If ordered by itself, we will cover the cost of shipping as well.
Petal Points are non-transferable but you may send your complimentary flower as a gift. Just remember to give us the correct address for your gift recipient.
